Welcome to AllPhysio, a unit of TISQ Health (“AllPhysio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AllPhysio website, mobile application, booking platform, services, and related products and features (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing our website, downloading or using our application, creating an account, booking an appointment, registering as an Expert, or using any service provided through AllPhysio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform or our services.

1. About AllPhysio

AllPhysio is a physiotherapy and rehabilitation platform operated as a unit of TISQ Health.

AllPhysio enables users to discover and connect with physiotherapy professionals and access physiotherapy services through:

  • Home physiotherapy
  • Clinic-based physiotherapy
  • Online physiotherapy consultations
  • Physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs
  • Appointment and session management
  • Recovery and progress tracking
  • Other healthcare-related features offered through the Platform

AllPhysio’s role may include facilitating discovery, appointment scheduling, communication, payment processing, and technology-enabled access to healthcare professionals.

2. Eligibility

To use AllPhysio services:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under applicable law.
  • Users under the applicable age of majority must use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through your account remains accurate and updated.

If you are booking an appointment on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the required information and make the booking.

3. Account Registration

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Not share your account with unauthorized individuals.
  • Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Keep your phone number and email address updated.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless caused by a security issue attributable to AllPhysio.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.

4. Physiotherapy Services

AllPhysio provides access to physiotherapy and rehabilitation services through qualified professionals registered on the Platform.

Services may include, depending on availability:

  • Orthopedic Physiotherapy
  • Sports Physiotherapy
  • Neurological Physiotherapy
  • Pediatric Physiotherapy
  • Women’s Health Physiotherapy
  • Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
  • Geriatric & Chronic Care
  • Specialized Rehabilitation and Pain Management

The availability of specific services may vary by location, Expert, appointment type, and other operational factors.

5. Healthcare & Medical Disclaimer

AllPhysio is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

Information available on the Platform, including articles, exercises, videos, assessments, recommendations, and educational content, is provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered a diagnosis or a substitute for professional medical advice.

Physiotherapy recommendations and treatment plans should be followed only after appropriate professional assessment.

You should seek immediate medical attention or contact emergency services if you experience a medical emergency or symptoms requiring urgent care.

AllPhysio does not guarantee that a particular treatment, exercise, therapy, or rehabilitation program will produce a specific medical outcome.

Individual results may vary depending on the user’s condition, medical history, adherence, lifestyle, and other factors.

6. Booking Appointments

Users may book available physiotherapy sessions through the AllPhysio Platform.

Depending on availability, users may select:

  • Home Visit
  • Clinic Visit
  • Online Consultation
  • Date and time
  • Available physiotherapy Expert
  • Applicable service or package

Appointment availability is subject to the Expert’s schedule and service availability.

An appointment is considered confirmed only after successful booking through the Platform or confirmation from AllPhysio.

7. Appointment Changes & Rescheduling

Users may request cancellation or rescheduling subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

AllPhysio or the assigned Expert may also need to reschedule an appointment due to:

  • Emergency circumstances
  • Expert availability
  • Technical issues
  • Location-related issues
  • Operational reasons
  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

Where possible, users will be notified about changes.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on:

  • Type of service
  • Appointment status
  • Time of cancellation
  • Package or promotional terms
  • Payment method
  • Specific service conditions

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

Certain services, packages, promotional offers, or completed sessions may be non-refundable.

Any specific cancellation or refund terms displayed at the time of booking will take precedence over general terms where applicable.

9. Packages & Prepaid Services

AllPhysio may offer individual sessions, packages, programs, or prepaid services.

Packages are intended for the user for whom they were purchased unless AllPhysio specifically permits transfer.

Unused sessions may expire after the applicable validity period.

10. Payments

Payments may be required for appointments, packages, subscriptions, or other services.

Users agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

AllPhysio does not store complete payment-card information unless expressly permitted and handled in accordance with applicable security requirements.

Prices displayed on the Platform may change from time to time.

The applicable price at the time of successful booking or purchase will generally apply.

11. Taxes & Charges

Applicable taxes, fees, or other charges may be included in or added to the displayed price depending on the service and applicable law.

Users are responsible for applicable charges associated with their purchases.

12. Expert Physiotherapists

AllPhysio may allow qualified physiotherapists and healthcare professionals (“Experts”) to register and provide services through the Platform.

Experts are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate professional information
  • Providing valid qualifications and registration details where applicable
  • Providing professional services responsibly
  • Maintaining appropriate professional standards
  • Keeping patient information confidential
  • Following applicable laws and professional requirements

AllPhysio may verify Expert information; however, users should independently consider the information available about an Expert before choosing a professional.

13. Independent Healthcare Professionals

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Experts providing professional services through AllPhysio may operate as independent professionals.

The professional relationship regarding assessment, treatment, clinical recommendations, and physiotherapy care may be between the patient and the Expert.

AllPhysio primarily provides the technology and platform infrastructure that facilitates access to these services.

14. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate health and personal information.
  • Inform the Expert about relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, surgeries, or other important information.
  • Follow reasonable instructions provided by the treating professional.
  • Attend appointments on time.
  • Treat Experts and AllPhysio staff respectfully.
  • Not misuse the Platform.
  • Not provide false or misleading information.
  • Not attempt to access another user’s account.

Users should immediately inform the Expert if an exercise or treatment causes unusual or severe discomfort.

15. Home Physiotherapy

For home visits, users are responsible for providing a reasonably safe and suitable environment for treatment.

AllPhysio or the Expert may decline or discontinue a home visit where:

  • The environment is unsafe.
  • There is a risk of harm to the Expert or patient.
  • The requested service cannot reasonably be performed at the location.
  • The patient requires emergency medical care instead of physiotherapy.

Additional location-based charges may apply where specifically communicated during booking.

16. Online Consultation

Online physiotherapy sessions depend on:

  • Internet connectivity
  • Compatible devices
  • Camera/microphone access where required
  • Availability of the Expert
  • Technical functionality of the Platform

Online consultations may have limitations compared with an in-person physical examination.

An Expert may recommend an in-person assessment where clinically appropriate.

17. User-Generated Information

Users may provide information such as:

  • Profile information
  • Health information
  • Appointment details
  • Feedback
  • Reviews
  • Images or documents
  • Messages
  • Other information required for service delivery

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it.

18. Reviews & Feedback

Users may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, testimonials, or feedback.

You agree that your submissions:

  • Must be truthful.
  • Must not contain abusive or defamatory content.
  • Must not violate another person’s privacy.
  • Must not contain misleading claims.
  • Must not be used to promote unlawful activities.

AllPhysio may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

19. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Platform, including:

  • AllPhysio branding
  • Logos
  • Text
  • Graphics
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Software
  • UI/UX designs
  • Website design
  • App design
  • Content and educational materials

is owned by or licensed to AllPhysio, TISQ Health, or the applicable rights holder.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

20. Acceptable Use

You must not use AllPhysio to:

  • Commit fraud.
  • Misrepresent your identity.
  • Access another person’s account.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Scrape or copy Platform data without permission.
  • Interfere with Platform operations.
  • Use automated systems in a manner that damages or overloads the Platform.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Experts, employees, or other users.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

21. Third-Party Services

AllPhysio may integrate with third-party services, including:

  • Payment providers
  • Communication services
  • Maps and location services
  • Analytics providers
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Video consultation providers
  • App stores
  • Other technology partners

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

AllPhysio is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

22. Privacy

Your use of AllPhysio is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

23. Data & Communications

By using the Platform, you may receive service-related communications such as:

  • Service updates

Where permitted by applicable law and subject to your preferences, you may also receive promotional communications.

You may opt out of marketing communications where applicable, but service-related communications may still be sent when necessary.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllPhysio and TISQ Health will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or services.

This may include loss resulting from:

  • Service interruptions
  • Technical problems
  • User-generated information
  • Third-party services
  • Delays
  • Treatment outcomes
  • Loss of data
  • Unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

26. No Guarantee of Treatment Results

Physiotherapy outcomes vary from person to person.

AllPhysio does not guarantee:

  • Complete recovery
  • Specific treatment outcomes
  • A particular recovery timeline
  • Elimination of pain
  • Prevention of future injuries
  • Improvement within a specific number of sessions

Treatment results depend on individual circumstances and adherence to professional recommendations.

27. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllPhysio, TISQ Health, their affiliates, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Misuse of the Platform.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
  • Information you knowingly provide that is false or misleading.
  • Violation of another person’s rights.

28. Account Suspension & Termination

AllPhysio may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that:

  • These Terms have been violated.
  • Fraudulent activity has occurred.
  • The Platform has been misused.
  • User safety may be at risk.
  • Applicable law requires such action.

Users may request account deletion subject to applicable legal, regulatory, financial, and record-retention requirements.

29. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their AllPhysio account through the available account-deletion process.

Certain information may need to be retained where required by:

  • Applicable law
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Accounting requirements
  • Legal obligations
  • Fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution
  • Legitimate business purposes

30. Children & Minors

Where physiotherapy services are provided to a minor, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for:

  • Providing required consent.
  • Providing accurate health information.
  • Supervising the minor where appropriate.
  • Ensuring the minor follows relevant professional instructions.

AllPhysio may require additional information or consent before providing services to minors.

31. Emergency Situations

AllPhysio is not an emergency medical service.

If you experience symptoms such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden loss of consciousness, severe trauma, sudden weakness or paralysis, uncontrolled bleeding, or another potentially life-threatening condition, contact your local emergency medical service immediately.

Do not rely on AllPhysio for emergency medical treatment.

32. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes to our services
  • Changes in technology
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Business or operational changes
  • Security requirements

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of AllPhysio after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

33. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

34. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation/Refund Policy, Account Deletion Policy, and any other applicable policies published on the Platform, constitute the agreement between you and AllPhysio regarding your use of the Platform.
